Grassfed, grass-finished beef:

Freezer Space

Plan for 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space per quarter of beef.


Pork

Pork is raised on non-gmo feed.  Our pigs are heritage breeds which typically have more fat than a conventional "pink" pig.  You may notice more marbling and flavor in our pork due to the fattier breeds we raise.

A deposit is required to reserve your beef or pork.  If you cancel your beef or pork order prior to completing your cutting instructions, your deposit will be converted to a store credit.  If you cancel your order after completing cutting instructions your deposit is non-refundable.
