One challenge with purchasing meat in large quantities is that you may get sick of the same old cuts or not know what to do with certain cuts.
For example, with a quarter of a steer you might get around 5-7 chuck roasts along with a handful of rump roasts, arm roasts, and sirloin tip roasts. Now if you love a good pot roast then you are in heaven! If you need a little more variety in your life here are a couple suggestions:
